Class Description:
Unwind your mind and allow the stress and anxiety of the day to settle down. Rest your mind with a simple yet powerful guided mindfulness meditation designed for beginners. We start with a relaxing meditation to calm our mind and focus on our breath and then explore a theme or perspective with each session.
This will be a sitting meditation where students have the option to sit on the ground or on a chair.
