Lessons from Elite Athletes
Take for instance UFC (I know…it’s pretty gory, but it’s the behind the scenes that I’m more interested in). When I watch it, I want to know THEIR team, I want to know THEIR dynamic and environment of training, I just want to know it all because at the end of the day, it takes a keen sense of self-awareness and a dedicated team to support a goal if and when the player is willing and ready.
